These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewSiteLead website and services ("Service") operated by NewSiteLead ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Lake Forest, CA. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

NewSiteLead provides domain intelligence services by monitoring certificate transparency logs to discover newly launched websites. Our Service includes web-based search and filtering, CSV data export, and API access, subject to your subscription plan.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Domain data provided through our Service is derived from publicly available sources, including certificate transparency logs. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of domain data. You may use exported data for your internal business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. API Usage

API access is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or that generate excessive load. API responses are subject to the rate limits and quotas defined by your plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWSITELEAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NewSiteLead and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
